About the Role
Bridge & Anchor seeks an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control for a trading business in Riyadh. The role requires strong ERP-driven procurement expertise, commercial judgment, and team leadership to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies to ensure the best price, quality and delivery timelines for trading goods
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage suppliers while building long term partnerships and conducting periodic performance reviews
- Manage end to end procurement cycles including PR/PO, GRN and invoice matching on ERP systems
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and optimize stock to reduce working capital
- Drive cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing and total cost of ownership analysis
- Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, trade regulations and audit requirements
- Lead and mentor the procurement team while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Finance for seamless operations
Requirements
- Degree in any field with a certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (CIPS, CSCP or CPSM preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain within a trading or manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of ERP processes and methods with hands on experience in ERPNext being a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Decisive with sound commercial judgment
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
