- Supervise daily procurement activities and purchasing processes
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Obtain quotations and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve supplier issues related to delays, quality, or shortages
- Maintain procurement records and supplier database
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse team
- Support vendor evaluation and supplier performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and cost analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Job Purpose
- To supervise the day to day procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, cost effective purchasing, supplier coordination, and uninterrupted availability of goods required for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily procurement activities and purchasing processes.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.

Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
