- Execute daily purchasing activities in line with company policies and procedures
- Source suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best prices and terms
- Prepare and review purchase requests and purchase orders
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure received materials meet the required specifications
- Coordinate with different departments to identify procurement needs
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement and costs
- Comply with quality policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in procurement
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and procurement systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (intermediate to advanced level)
