This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist, located in the Riyadh Region.
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
The role includes maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing procurement processes and supporting the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders and ensuring timely order processing
Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Strong Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions
Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and develop cost-effective strategies
Proficiency in Procurement practices to ensure effective sourcing and supply chain management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in procurement software and tools is an advantage
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the food and beverage or catering industry is a plus
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,500.00 per month
