KWMCS Ventures is seeking a skilled **Procurement Specialist (Oil & Gas)** to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for oil and gas projects, ensuring that we obtain materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing materials and services in the oil and gas sector.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify procurement needs and specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible terms.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain procurement documentation and records for audit and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3*** years* experience in procurement within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Salary
- **Hourly** **Rate:** QAR 90 - QAR 160, based on qualifications and experience.
