Job Description
- Perform advanced to complex tasks within procurement and supply chain.
- Purchase supplies and services from vendors at the lowest cost according to company standards and specifications.
- Prepare requests for proposals, analyze quotes, select vendors, schedule and expedite deliveries, and follow up on invoices.
- Operate with very general direction at an advanced level within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, procurement, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 12 or more years of procurement experience, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing procurement activities on large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
