Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions.
- Secure favorable commercial agreements.
- Conduct market research and benchmark supplier performance.
- Manage supplier relationships and service quality.
- Prepare, review, and manage procurement contracts.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in international procurement and supply.
- Experience in industrial equipment, chemicals, spare parts, raw materials, or technical solutions is preferred.
- Experience preparing and managing international contracts, including Incoterms, warranties, and specifications.
- Experience with business correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers.
- Ability to manage the full supply cycle and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with documentation, Microsoft tools, CRM systems, and databases.
- Experience with international technical brands.
- Ability to influence suppliers and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Analytical, relationship-building, stakeholder management, results-oriented, and commercially driven capabilities.
