Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value and cost savings
- Manage supplier contracts, relationships, and performance
- Optimize the P2P process for efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Support supplier relationship management and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure adherence to supply management policies and best practices
- Monitor and resolve supplier performance issues in partnership with business stakeholders

- Diplomacy, tact, and professional presentation in all interactions
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
