Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities, and market dynamics
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive procurement activities
- Identify and capture opportunities for value creation, cost savings, and process efficiency
- Manage contracts and supplier relationships to ensure performance and compliance
- Support and continuously improve Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to the delivery of goods and services
- Support supplier relationship management initiatives and collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate agreements that balance business objectives and supplier partnerships
- Contribute to change management initiatives and process improvements
- Track, analyze, and report on procurement KPIs, opportunities, and results
- Participate in project activities, provide progress updates, and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all applicable procurement policies, procedures, and standards

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement-related systems and technologies
Your Experience
Post-secondary education in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within Contracts and Procurement roles
Registered with SCMA or SCMP designation would be an asset
Experience in the energy or oil and gas sector would be an asset
The expected salary range for this position is $66,267 - $87,804. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
