Operational Purchasing
Analyze and process purchase orders generated by the ERP system or requested by operations.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to Techo-Bloc sites.
Communicate delays, shortages, supply risks, or delivery changes to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Support urgent operational needs while maintaining proper purchasing controls and documentation.
Work with suppliers to resolve order confirmations, pricing discrepancies, backorders, lead time concerns, and delivery issues.
Master Data Management (D365)
Own and maintain item master data in D365: SKU creation, item attributes, and lifecycle status changes (active, phase-out, discontinued).
Manage unit of measure (UOM) setup and unit conversion factors to ensure accurate ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting.
Maintain vendor master records, item-vendor relationships, and pricing/lead time data in the system.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sites to support reliable purchasing, planning, and inventory reporting.
Audit and clean up master data on a recurring basis to catch errors, duplicates, or outdated entries before they cause downstream issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Yard teams on capacity, packaging, labeling, dimensions, storage constraints, and handling requirements.
Collaborate with Logistics to define the best supply lane, delivery plan, and stocking approach from supplier to Techo-Bloc sites.
Work with Customer Service and Distribution to communicate launch timelines, product availability, stocking sites, and delivery ETAs.
