Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize procurement activities to support operational and strategic objectives
- Source goods and services, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms
- Prepare and evaluate quotations, conduct supplier assessments, and issue purchase orders
- Monitor order fulfillment and ensure on time delivery of goods and services
- Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve procurement related issues
- Analyze purchasing trends, monitor inventory requirements, and support demand planning
- Prepare procurement reports, monitor KPIs, and maintain accurate purchasing records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Commerce, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, purchasing operations, and supplier management
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation, vendor qualification, contract administration, negotiation principles, and procurement best practices
- Familiarity with purchase order management, quotation analysis, RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes
- Understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, MRP, and supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and purchasing management platforms
- Knowledge of contract terms, commercial agreements, procurement compliance, and documentation management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools

Role Description
