Responsibilities
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders
- Maintain accurate procurement records and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders
- Evaluate suppliers, monitor performance, and support contract negotiation to secure favorable terms
- Analyze procurement data, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes
- Collaborate closely with finance and operational teams

- Skills in managing Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and reconciliation

- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, preferably in an education or services environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and procurement or ERP systems; familiarity with digital collaboration tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

Role Description
- This part time remote Procurement Specialist role at AORA Educação focuses on supporting purchasing activities and supplier management to ensure timely, cost effective acquisition of goods and services.
