Procurement Specialist

LEDFlex is a manufacturer of LED luminaires, established for over 10 years and is looking to add an experienced Procurement Specialist.

We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets.

At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and negotiation skills, experience in supplier management and sourcing, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced procurement environment.

• Assist with processing purchase orders accurately and on time using the company’s procurement system
• Create and update purchase orders based on approved requisitions and budgets
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm material requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Communicate with approved suppliers to place orders and confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery details
• Track purchase order status in the system and follow up with suppliers to support on-time delivery
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, and pricing data in the system
• Support the resolution of basic order issues related to quantity, pricing, delivery, or documentation
• Assist with invoice matching (PO–GRN–Invoice) and coordinate with the Finance team when required
• Follow company procurement policies, procedures, and approval workflows
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including supplier comparisons and basic cost tracking

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and cost-management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• High attention to detail and accuracy in contracts, pricing, and purchase orders
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
