Procurement / Purchase Head

The Purchase Head will oversee all procurement activities for the ethanol plant, focusing on the acquisition of raw materials such as rice and coal . This role is vital for ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality procurement to support plant operations.

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the plants operational and financial goals.

Manage the procurement of rice, coal, and other raw materials critical to ethanol production.

Oversee the purchase of machinery, equipment, and spare parts for the plants smooth functioning.

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery timelines, and service standards.

Ensure adequate inventory levels to prevent disruptions in plant operations.

Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
