Procurement Process Supervisor (Grade 20E) (Shift timing 6 PM – 3 AM)

*Job Summary UPS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Process Supervisor to support and drive key Global Procurement initiatives.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level reporting solutions while providing technical leadership and hands-on development expertise.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality data, analytics, and reporting solutions.

*Key Responsibilities -Strong SQL expertise to design, develop, optimize, and maintain database queries and support data-driven decision-making.

-The role involves working closely with Operations and IT teams on data analytics.

-Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries.

-Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities

-Support reporting and dashboard requirements by providing reliable datasets

-Perform database performance tuning and query optimization

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements

-Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner

-Document data logic, queries, and processes for internal reference

-Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

*Knowledge and Skills

-Strong proficiency in SQL ( mandatory )

-Experience in procurement fraud monitoring and reporting . ( Preferred)

-Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL Server or MySQL

-Solid understanding of database concepts (indexes, joins, normalization, constraints)

-Ability to handle large datasets and improve query performance

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

*Qualifications -Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
