Role Description
Support procurement planning activities and align purchasing requirements with demand, inventory levels, and supply availability.
Assist with reviewing planning data, preparing purchase requirements, monitoring orders, and coordinating with procurement, suppliers, inventory, and operations teams.
Procurement Planning Duties
Review demand forecasts, sales information, inventory levels, open purchase orders, lead times, and supply requirements.
Prepare purchase plans, replenishment schedules, procurement reports, and planning updates.
Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, supply risks, planning gaps, and data discrepancies.
Monitor purchase orders, track supplier confirmations, follow up on delivery dates, update planning systems, and escalate delays or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate procurement and inventory information, prepare planning files, and support regular procurement reviews.
Support process improvements for accurate planning data, efficient replenishment, timely procurement execution, and coordination between demand, supply, and purchasing activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, supply chain management, purchasing, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related discipline.

Basic understanding of procurement planning, demand and supply planning, inventory management, replenishment, and purchasing processes.
