Role Overview
Lead procurement and operational coordination for bespoke sculptures, sundials and water features.
Own purchasing, suppliers, materials, stock and day-to-day operations across the workshop and wider teams.

Location and Working Pattern
- The role is based in Oxfordshire and is fully site-based during probation.
- There is potential for one day of home working after probation.
Compensation and Employment
- Salary is £49,000–£52,000 depending on experience.
- The role is full time and permanent.
Procurement and Supply Chain
- Lead day-to-day procurement and purchasing for materials and subcontracted services.
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms and lead times.
- Monitor supplier performance, expenditure and supply chain risk.
- Ensure materials arrive at the required quality, cost and production stage.
