Procurement Operations Manager

• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Finance to align procurement actions.
• Serve as the primary procurement contact for BU stakeholders.
• Provide supplier insights and market intelligence to Category Management.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sourcing standards.
• Support risk identification and mitigation related to supply and supplier performance.
• Participate in audits, governance, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive standard work, data accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Targeted annual compensation range of $100,000-$130,000
• This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, or food & beverage.
• Strong understanding of procurement execution, supplier management, and cross-functional operating models.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in direct materials procurement (packaging, ingredients, or co-manufacturing).
• Prior experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering cost savings, supply continuity, or operational improvements.
