Role Overview
Connecting Dots Advertisement Agency is hiring a Procurement and Operations Executive for advertising, production, events, and exhibitions work in the UAE.
The role manages sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing, deliveries, and operational support for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for production requirements and develop supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders after client confirmation.
- Follow up on supplier production, quality, pricing, and deadlines.
- Coordinate supplier invoices and payments with the accounts team.
- Arrange deliveries across the UAE and visit supplier offices, factories, and workshops when required.
- Support event and exhibition setup, installation, dismantling, permits, and entry arrangements.
- Handle urgent procurement and resolve production or delivery issues.
- Support office procurement and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, creative and design, accounts, and management teams.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in procurement, advertising production, events, exhibitions, or a similar field is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills are required.
