Job Purpose

  • Procurement is responsible for support with timely and accurate processing of purchasing orders and transactions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Feed into development and maintenance of procurement information, guidelines, templates and tools.
  • Produce regular reports on supplier/contract performance.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Ensure products and supplies meet quality requirements.
  • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications.
  • Build and collect all data related to procurement function.
  • Pre qualification of suppliers as provided in procurement policy.
  • Engage and support in developing the system with stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other duties as required.
  • Cost Analysis & Cost Saving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce).
  • 2 years of work experience in Procurement or any relevant field.
