Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate the best prices and terms.
- Compare quotations and control purchasing costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of required materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- F&B, food production, catering, or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good knowledge of food products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Good Excel and MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Qatar or GCC experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts from QAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
