Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement for FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping) and corporate categories (IT, HR, Legal, office supplies, professional services)
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, securing competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms
- Process PRs, prepare POs, and complete related documentation within agreed KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify cost effective sourcing opportunities
- Track open orders and follow up with stakeholders/suppliers to ensure timely closure
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to approved budgets and delegated authority levels
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing structures, and supplier agreements
- Support audits and internal reviews with procurement documentation and reports
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels, delivery timelines, and quality standards
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery, quality, or contractual issues
- Coordinate vendor evaluations with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments to plan and prioritise procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- 5–7 years' experience in a Procurement Officer or similar procurement role, ideally spanning FM and corporate categories
- Proven experience in vendor management and commercial negotiation
- CIPS certification (or in progress) preferred
- Experience with ERP/e procurement platforms (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our team and support procurement activities across both Facilities Management and Corporate Services.
- This role will be responsible for managing the end to end procurement lifecycle, supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
Procurement and Sourcing
- Manage end to end procurement for FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping) and corporate categories (IT, HR, Legal, office supplies, professional services).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, securing competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
- Process PRs, prepare POs, and complete related documentation within agreed KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify cost effective sourcing opportunities.

Cost Control & Compliance
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to approved budgets and delegated authority levels.

Vendor Management

Reporting & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal departments to plan and prioritise procurement activities.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment follow ups.
- Prepare regular procurement status updates and reports for management.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 5–7 years' experience in a Procurement Officer or similar procurement role, ideally spanning FM and corporate categories.
- Proven experience in vendor management and commercial negotiation.
- CIPS certification (or in progress) preferred.
