- Manage end to end procurement activities for oil & gas and construction projects
- Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
- Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and construction materials
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company procedures
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier commitments
- Assist in contract administration, bid evaluations, and vendor prequalification
- Coordinate logistics and transportation arrangements

- Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable contract terms.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to identify material requirements and procurement schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure material availability and avoid project delays.
