Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction
- International/overseas work exposure mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering
- English and Arabic language proficiency required
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- CIPS, CSC, or PMP certifications beneficial

Job Title: Procurement Officer – Libya Project
- Company Sponsored Work Visa & Travel Expenses Provided.
- Seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to join our project team in Libya.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience managing multi site/project based procurement.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- International / overseas work exposure is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, building codes, and industry trends.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering.
Soft Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Professional Certifications
- Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualifications.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSC).
- Projects Management (PMP).
Special Technical Skills
- English and Arabic Language proficiency required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strategic Sourcing, CAPEX & OPEX Procurement, Cost Optimization, Contract Negotiation, Tender Evaluation, Vendor Management, Estimating budget.
Knowledge Preferred
- Engineering, Construction, Project Management.
Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 9,000.00 per month.
