Overview
We are currently looking for a **Procurement Officer with Accounting Background** to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, and payment documents.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Support budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations departments regarding procurement concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge in invoice processing and cost control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred
- Experience in Hospitality or Restaurant industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.
- Drivers license is a plus.
