- Source, negotiate, and procure food items, consumables, packaging materials, and operational supplies
- Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and negotiate best prices and payment terms
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, warehouse, and finance departments for timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply of essential items
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database
- Ensure purchased products meet quality, food safety, and company standards
- Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Resolve supplier delivery issues, shortages, or quality concerns
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, invoices, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, preferably in food or catering industry
- Knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management
- Ability to monitor inventory levels and ensure supply continuity
