Responsibilities
- Manage and execute procurement activities for Civil and MEP projects
- Handle the complete procurement cycle, from material requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow up
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and others to understand material requirements and technical specifications
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain the best commercial and technical proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites
- Maintain procurement records and update transactions accurately in the ERP system
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Experience in procurement for Civil and MEP projects
- Ability to handle complete procurement cycle from material requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow up
- Ability to coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and others to understand material requirements and technical specifications
- Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Strong relationship management with local suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites
- Ability to maintain procurement records and update transactions accurately in ERP system
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
