Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Procurement Assistant for our project (Infra & CCTV). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, supporting contract administration, and ensuring efficient purchasing

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Conduct commercial evaluations, price comparisons, and supplier assessments to achieve the best value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support supplier and subcontractor selection.
  • Prepare, review, and draft purchase agreements, subcontract agreements, and related commercial documents.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate order execution, delivery schedules, and material tracking.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, project teams, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  • Verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders, contracts, and delivery records.
  • Register invoices in the system and coordinate with the Finance Department for payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure material availability.
  • Support supplier performance evaluation and maintain supplier databases.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, or MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and supplier management.
  • Experience in subcontractor and supplier coordination.
  • Good understanding of invoice verification, payment processes, and inventory control.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
