About the Role

- Proven experience in structuring long term supply contracts/rate agreements
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, insurance, and complex contractual terms

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage the end to end procurement cycle, executing procurement strategies to deliver requirements safely and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End Procurement: Undertake procurement activities from compiling RFQs/Tenders, handling Technical & Commercial Queries, conducting Commercial Evaluations, and leading negotiations to preparing final Tender Committee recommendations and Order Awards.
- Cycle Management: Handle the complete procurement cycle for purchase orders and contracts.
- Tender Preparation: Review Purchase Requisitions to ensure all specifications and documentation are fully updated prior to floating tenders/enquiries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years of solid experience in Procurement and Material/Supply Management (oil/gas or petrochemical sector exposure is a plus).
- Certification: Professional Certification in Material/Supply Management or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Systems: Strong working familiarity with S4 Hana and SAP Ariba.
- Contracting & Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in structuring long term supply contracts/rate agreements; deep understanding of Incoterms, insurance, and complex contractual terms within a multinational environment.
