Role Description
Support the Demand Plan Supervisor with day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to purchasing and incoming shipments.
Focus on shipment documentation, Qatar government portal transactions, customs clearance follow-up, ERP processing, and procurement data accuracy.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and on-site in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify incoming shipment documentation and coordinate corrections with suppliers.
- Handle Qatar government portal submissions and follow up with the customs clearance agent.
- Ensure shipment and import documents are accurate and complete.
- Process shipment receipts and post stock accurately in the ERP system.
- Create SKUs, maintain item master data, and update product prices and portfolio databases.
- Support daily procurement, reporting, system, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, finance, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
