Lead strategic construction, operational, and service procurements from planning through contract award.

Drive continuous improvement by enhancing procurement processes, tools, templates, and service delivery models.
Champion ethical procurement practices, social procurement objectives, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.
You are a procurement professional who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. You know how to navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering practical business solutions.

A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
An SCMP designation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7 years of progressive procurement experience, including public-sector procurement (BC Bid).
Experience leading or supervising a procurement team.
Demonstrated success managing complex competitive procurements across construction, goods, and services.
Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement legislation, trade agreements, governance frameworks, and RFx methodologies.
