About the Role
FBS is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out and finishing projects. You will develop strategies, source materials, manage subcontractor contracts, and control budgets.

Responsibilities
- Develop project procurement strategies aligned with contracts, Budget BOQ, and execution plans
- Source and procure fit out packages: joinery, marble/stone, flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, FF&E, MEP
- Manage subcontractor prequalification, tendering, technical/commercial comparisons, and contracts
- Lead material submittals, sample and mock up approvals with consultants and clients
- Control budgets, drive value engineering, manage variations and claims with QS
- Manage supplier network, lead times, and the procurement team
Requirements
- Mandatory: procurement experience with an interior fit out / finishing contractor (hospitality, retail, F&B, banking, cinema, or corporate interiors)
- 10–15 years in procurement, including team leadership
- Proven track record in both operational procurement and subcontractor contracts
- Hands on with FF&E and material specification / sample approval cycles
- Engineering or Supply Chain degree; CIPS / CPSM / PMP a plus
- Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate)
