The Role
- Double Impact Design & Build is hiring a Procurement Manager for our in house production facility (CNC, metal fabrication, joinery, print, and finishing) serving major events, exhibitions, and premium fit out projects across KSA.
- You will own end to end procurement and supply chain for all factory and project materials — steel, timber, sheet materials, hardware, print media, finishes, and specialty items sourced both within KSA and internationally.
- You will work under tight event deadlines where late material means a missed show.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' procurement experience specifically in factories serving the exhibitions, events, or fit out industry (general construction or FMCG procurement will not be considered)
- Proven track record managing a dual supply chain: local KSA sourcing AND international imports (customs clearance, SABER/SASO compliance, freight coordination, lead time management)
- Demonstrated experience procuring for fast track production cycles (2–6 week project turnarounds)
- Established supplier network in KSA for steel, timber, board materials, and finishing consumables
- Strong negotiation record — you will be asked to evidence cost savings achieved
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and issue POs for all factory and project materials
- Manage import logistics, customs, and compliance for international purchases
- Maintain supplier database with pricing benchmarks and lead times
- Coordinate with production and project teams on material schedules
- Drive cost reduction without compromising deadline reliability
To Apply
- Submit your CV with a short cover note listing the exhibition/event projects you procured for, including approximate material budgets managed.
