Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for **interior design, joinery, MEP, and fit‑out materials**.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard **suppliers, subcontractors, and specialty vendors**.
• Negotiate **pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules**, and long‑term contracts.
• Prepare and review **BOQs, material lists, cost sheets, and comparison statements**.
• Coordinate closely with **designers, project managers, site teams, and QS** to ensure material accuracy.
• Ensure all materials meet **quality, specification, and project standards**.
• Track and monitor **procurement schedules**, ensuring timely delivery to site.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and build a reliable supplier network.
• Oversee **purchase orders, LPOs, invoices, and documentation** as per company policy.
• Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with **UAE procurement regulations** and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum **5–8 years** experience in procurement within **interior design, joinery, or fit‑out** companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, FF&E, joinery items, lighting, sanitary, and fit‑out components**.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor‑management skills.
• Ability to read **drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications**.
• Strong coordination skills with design and site teams.
• Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP systems**, and procurement workflows.
• **Female candidates preferred** due to client-facing and coordination requirements.
• Must be **presentable, organized, proactive**, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
