Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements
- Source, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers for materials, equipment, and subcontracted works
- Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for technical and commercial evaluations
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials on site
- Maintain an updated vendor database and track supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and internal policies
- Resolve supplier disputes and quality issues in coordination with QA/QC
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5 10 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in construction or contracting
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, market pricing, and logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

About the Role
- Ashbilia Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage the full procurement cycle for construction and aluminium projects.
- The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, deep market knowledge, and proven experience in sourcing materials and services within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
