About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source coffee beans, food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other supplies meeting quality, sustainability, and cost requirements.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to all locations and brands.
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and finance teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, track key performance indicators, and continuously improve procurement processes.
Requirements
- Strong procurement and supply chain skills including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing systems, and ability to analyze costs and optimize stock levels.
- Knowledge of food and beverage or hospitality industry standards; coffee or food sourcing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and procurement or ERP tools; strong numerical and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work on site in Qatar and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, growing environment.
