Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations across the Dammam, Epping, and Olayan plants as the key procurement partner.
• Manage MRO, capital, building services, and indirect procurement activities across GCC operations.
• Develop and execute category strategies for supply continuity, cost savings, and value creation.
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and lead supplier performance management.
• Partner with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams on procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global procurement colleagues across EMEA on scale, best practices, and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related area.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent English.
