- Oversee the end to end procurement cycle, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, evaluating proposals, and managing purchase orders in line with company policies
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and maintain accurate procurement records and reports
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
- Monitor market trends, assess potential cost savings, and support the development and improvement of procurement processes and guidelines
Requirements
- Strong procurement and sourcing experience, including hands on involvement in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation
- Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management, with the ability to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance
- Proficient Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, compare supplier offers, and support strategic purchasing decisions
- Experience using procurement or ERP systems and solid proficiency with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, ethical sourcing standards, and relevant regulations in the UAE is preferred
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently with limited supervision, and meet deadlines in a part time schedule

Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role for a Procurement Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work both on site and from home.
- The Procurement Manager will oversee the end to end procurement cycle, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, evaluating proposals, and managing purchase orders in line with company policies.
