Role Overview
Full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services used in agricultural contracting and landscape projects.
Collaborate with project management, operations, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify suppliers and evaluate bids.
- Negotiate contracts and terms and ensure timely delivery against schedules and budgets.
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Optimize procurement costs and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills are required.
- Contract negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills are required.
- Relevant construction, agribusiness, landscaping, or related industry experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office is required.
