Job summary
Manage procurement activities for Facilities Management operations.
Ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.
- Develop procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Projects.
- Review quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure company-policy compliance.
- Resolve supplier issues and prepare procurement reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or procurement systems.
- Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering experience is preferred.
- Qatar or GCC experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is listed as starting from QAR 1.00 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
