Role Overview
The Procurement Lead reports to the CFO and owns procurement across illumin.
The primary focus is SaaS, software, technology services, hardware, and other corporate vendors.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on commercial outcomes and vendor value.
Workplace
- This is a full-time hybrid position working three days per week in the Toronto office.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting, renewal, and termination across the procurement lifecycle.
- Partner cross-functionally to understand requirements and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive savings through negotiation, vendor consolidation, license optimization, and spend reduction.
- Research technologies, pricing models, competitors, and alternatives to strengthen negotiations.
