Procurement Lead

Lead operational procurement activities for a global maritime fleet while supporting the Procurement Manager in delivering service excellence, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

As a Procurement Lead, you will oversee a team of Procurement Officers, ensuring procurement processes are executed in line with agreed service levels, governance requirements, and operational priorities.

Working closely with Vessel Managers, Technical teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, you will ensure the timely delivery of goods and services, drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor team performance, and support sourcing and supplier management activities.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to support fleet operations by leading day-to-day procurement activities, managing team performance, and ensuring operational deliverables are achieved.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Procurement Officers
• Ensure procurement transactions are processed within agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with Vessel Managers, Technical teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
