Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare comparison sheets and cost evaluations
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and material availability
- Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Coordinate with accounts and store departments when required
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in MEP procurement
- Experience in MEP materials procurement is mandatory
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and UAE market
- Proficient in MS Excel and procurement documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
