Job Description
- A Procurement Executive manages an organization's purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost effective acquisition of goods or services. They maintain vendor relationships, process purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and maintain inventory records
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, conducting market research to find the best products and deals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
- Purchasing Operations: Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and requisitions efficiently.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Inventory & Records: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
