Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports
- Coordinate with project teams regarding material requirements
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document control, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, maintain office records, and update databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- UAE experience is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
