Role Overview
The Procurement Executive, also identified as Sourcing Executive – Asset Management, supports facilities management operations.
The position is based at the Commerz Building in CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore, with standard business hours and a six-day work week.
Qualifications
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Two to three years of direct procurement experience is required.
- Operations-only experience without direct procurement experience is not sufficient.
- Strong sourcing, vendor negotiation, attention to detail, and procurement tracking-system skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing for facilities management operations.
- Administer vendor management systems.
- Process purchase requisitions, issue RFQs and RFPs, and validate quotations.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and terms to support cost efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate sample validations with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare price comparisons and obtain approval for purchase order requests.
- Track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and manage supplier relationships.
- Maintain digital procurement records, including PRs, PORs, POs, and quotations.
