About the Role
Motormobiling Trading LLC is hiring a Procurement Executive for its automotive aftermarket distribution. The role involves purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.

Responsibilities
- Create and process purchase orders
- Follow up with local and international suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment planning
- Obtain supplier quotations and compare pricing
- Track open purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Coordinate shipments and logistics when required
- Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation
- Support management with sourcing new products and suppliers
- Assist in stock planning and inventory control activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory experience
- Automotive aftermarket, spare parts, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication and follow up skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred)
