Role Overview
Manage end-to-end procurement for interior design, fit-out, residential, and villa projects.
Coordinate suppliers and purchasing activities to support project requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Procure interior materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, joinery, and related project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor and supplier database.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and site teams.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability against project timelines.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery, and reliability.
Relevant Project Knowledge
- Work across interior design, fit-out, residential, and villa project procurement.
- Understand materials and products including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and joinery.
