Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take offs for interior fit out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations
- Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries
- Maintain procurement and cost records
- Assist in tender preparation and project cost analysis
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement and Estimation within the construction or interior fit out industry
- Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and construction drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
