Procurement Engineering Asc Mgr - L4

You will be the Procurement Engineering Asc Mgr for the Procurement Engineering team. Our team is responsible for coordinating sourcing, operations, design engineering, the supply base and industry experts to facilitate the design, production, test and qualification of aerospace and defense products.

As the Procurement Engineering Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a high‑impact procurement engineering function.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Oversee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition/disciplinary actions for the team.

Direct analysis of technical data, engineering designs, specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and parts/equipment availability.

Manage technical trade‑offs and standardization initiatives to achieve more economical procurement.

Lead design changes and drive solutions in producibility, quality, inspection, cost, mistake‑proofing, test, reliability and affordability.
